He has been known as the 'Muscles from Brussels' when he burst onto the action movie scene in the early Nineties.
But twenty years later, at the age of 51, Jean Claude Van Damme proved that he is a fit as he was in his 30s.
The Belgian actor was snapped taking off his shirt as he changed into a black T-shirt in the car park of a hotel in Monaco this weekend.
And he looked as good as he did in 1992 when he made his name - and was given his unique nickname - in his most famous film Universal Soldier.
And ever the gentleman, he gallantly carried and pulled his elderly mother's red suitcase from the car to the hotel.
His fit physique was matched by his 54-year-old wife who looked much younger than her years as she carried their toy dog around.
